Lets start with the owner. He was at the gresham saturday market. he had some steak that he must have dropped because he said he couldnt serve it to humans but he stopped us to ask if he could give our puppy some steak. It was so sweet that i decided to check out what he was selling. Hot sauces. unfortunately i had just come from another hot sauce vendor that i had just boughten one from. Although i saw that he had a raspberry sauce so me and my partner decided to try it out.Delecious i generally never do this high heat but its the perfect balance of sweet and spicy with a slow burn. GREAT GUY. GREAT SAUCE.
